Since we deal with antiques, there are no returns. However, there could be situations when you might want a refund for a product. If you feel that the item received is damaged or is not as described, kindly notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We can be reached at [email protected]. We would require photographs of the item along with a short statement as to the problem with assessing the situation.
Refunds are processed only on products eligible for return. Since we accept cash payments only at delivery, we will process the refund through bank transfer. To receive your refund, however, please provide your bank information once informed that your product is eligible for a refund. We do not issue cash for returns of purchased products.
We will process your refund after verifying the return and checking the item. It takes about 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
